AGNOLOTTI AI 7 FORMAGGI (with 7 cheeses) WITH TAHINI (sesame paste) AND SOY SAUCE TOFU

Ingredienti:

• Agnolotti ai 7 formaggi from Zini’s Collezione Milano
• Tofu
• Soy sauce
• Tahini (sesame paste)
• Sesame seeds
• Egg white
• Extra-virgin olive oil

Preparazione:

Dice the tofu and let it marinate in the soy sauce for about 5’. Drain it and, after dipping it in the egg white with a pinch of salt, coat it with the sesame seeds. Then heat some extra-virgin olive oil in a frying pan and brown the diced tofu. After browning it, keep it warm. Cook the Agnolotti ai 7 formaggi in salted boiling water for 2’, drain and season with the tahini previously melted in hot water. Decorate with the diced tofu and serve.
