Cesano Boscone, 30th September 2011 – The great novelty for 2012 by Zini is a new version of its famous potato dumplings: soft, delicious and round shaped potato dumplings, just as the homemade ones. The mixture is made with 70% potato, durum semolina and a pinch of salt, without potato flakes, preservatives and flavourings: their consistency is soft and their taste is simple and natural, typical of potatoes. Highly digestible, the new dumplings are also ideal for children and represent a pleasant return to traditional Italian recipes.
Another product which will be for the first time presented in Cologne is Garganelli: directly from Emilia Romagna, an egg pasta shape typical of Italian regional tradition.
And also: a new recipe for Tagliatelle and Pappardelle, two excellent products inspired by the best Italian tradition as for egg pasta in nest.
In the end, great news also from Collezione Milano, Zini’s haute couture pasta range: Vele Radicchio e Noci are characterized by an isosceles triangle innovative and stylish form, made of high quality pasta, enriched with small pieces of red radicchio and enclosing an appealing filling made of IGP Verona red radicchio and walnuts.

During Anuga, all Zini products will be presented with show-cooking and tasting by the Chef Tomas Morazzini.
