FAGOTTINI FORMAGGIO E PERE (with cheese and pears) WITH NEW OLIVE OIL, BALSAMIC VINEGAR AND TOASTED ALMONDS

Ingredienti:

• Fagottini formaggio e pere from Zini’s Collezione Milano
• Almonds
• Balsamic vinegar
• Parmigiano Reggiano cheese
• New olive oil

Preparazione:

Slice the almonds thinly and toast them in the oven at 150°C for about 10’. Cook the Fagottini formaggio e pere in boiling salted water for 2’, drain and add some new olive oil; decorate with Parmigiano Reggiano slivers, balsamic vinegar and the toasted almonds.
