With over 50-year experience in the production of fresh frozen typical Italian pasta, Zini Prodotti Alimentari Spa is nowadays in constant development and it is considered a leading firm in the fresh frozen pasta industry in most European countries, with a yearly production of over 6.000 tons.

Its history began in 1956 with a little family business in the heart of Milan. Since then, Zini Prodotti Alimentari S.p.A. has come to a leading position in most European countries thanks to the adoption of innovative technology solutions to support the production together with the respect of Italian culinary tradition.

Foodservice in all its aspects represents the trade channel of reference, immediately followed by a stronger and stronger presence on the retail market.

65% of the production is for the export, mainly towards Europe and U.S.A..

Thanks to the exclusive kneading and cooking in continuous process by VOMM®, Zini fresh frozen pasta can be perfectly compared to homemade fresh pasta. Moreover, freezing enables to avoid the use of preservatives for a tastier and more natural product.
