Social commitment

Zini has always been devoting itself to social projects, in partnership with no-profit organizations: what is important for us is not charity as an end in itself but achieving actual results.
Among our partners:

FONDAZIONE PUPI – This organization was born on the initiative of the football player Javier Zanetti and his family; it helps poor Argentine children and their families in order to make them recover faith, dignity and hope. Zini helps Pupi’s fund-raising through co-marketing, licensing and merchandising. In particular, in behalf of Pupi, Zini makes planners, sweatshirts and other objects meant to be sold for fund-raising.

ASSOCIAZIONE ARCOBALENO – For over 20 years, Associazione Arcobaleno has been favouring psychophysical well-being of disabled people, through the promotion of social inclusion and personal autonomy. Among the projects supported by Zini, there’s Progetto Eukolìa which aims at enabling children with disabilities to express themselves through music. During rehearsing for the final concert, they interact and cooperate on a par with music therapists and with not disabled artists.

SAVE THE CHILDREN – ONLUS founded on 1999 for the protection and promotion of children rights through the improvement of their living conditions. Save the Children operates both in Italy and abroad, working with local communities, bringing aid, assistance and support, not only to children but also to their families. Zini is involved in “Progetto Impresa per I Bambini”, which counts two different projects in South Eastern Europe and Ethiopia.

ON A LOCAL LEVEL, WE CO-OPERATE WITH:

FONDAZIONE SACRA FAMIGLIA – For over 110 years, Fondazione Istituto Sacra Famiglia in Cesano Boscone has been taking care, assisting and rehabilitating people afflicted from serious mental disabilities and guaranteeing continuing cares for non self-sufficient eldery people.

CAMPUS CESANO BOSCONE – The project was born in collaboration with the public administration of Cesano Boscone and some local no profit organizations. The project’s target was the creation during the summer months of a socialization opportunity, focusing on sport for teen-agers and children living on the area.

FONDAZIONE PER LEGGERE – With the project “Racconti a Voce Alta” (“Out loud Stories”), the Fondazione Per Leggere, which groups the libraries of the south-west of Milan, organizes a calendar of performances based on stories and fairy tales for children. A way to make children approach the literature’s world in a funny way, with the collaboration of important acting companies.
