Thanks to the extreme versatility of Zini’s production machines and the flexibility in the process managing, Zini has always been a leading firm in the production and supply of frozen pasta for both modern foodservice and ready meal industry.
Ready meals based on pasta, both chilled and frozen, are easily made through the combination, during the packaging step, of Zini pasta with other ingredients. This is possible thanks to the high service content of Zini pasta, which is 100% cooked before deep freezing.
Also the IQF freezing process is made with the most modern technologies in order to guarantee the preservation of all the organoleptic and nutritional properties of fresh pasta and to allow at the same time an easy and quick use.
