• 3′ in a pan
• 6′ in traditional oven

Sorrisi Fichi e Formaggio di Capra (fig and goat cheese) with red wine sauce, almonds and rosemary.

•  Zini Sorrisi Fichi e Formaggio di Capra
• 400 ml (Sangiovese) red wine
• 100 g almonds
• ½ onion
• 2 carrots
• 1 sprig of rosemary
• 50 g butter
• Extra virgin olive oil

Stir fry carrots cut into cubes and onion in a pan with a little oil, add red wine and cook until well reduced, then add salt. Dress almonds with oil, salt and rosemary, spread on a baking sheet covered with parchment paper and toast in the oven. Cook pasta in salted water, drain and season with butter melted in a pan with a little water. Place Sorrisi in a dish, add hot red wine sauce and almonds toasted with rosemary.
