You will love it because we have decided to tell it simply, as people used to do in the past, while tasting a dish of fresh pasta. And this is the very point, that dish contains our entire story. It is about Italy, land, tradition, wheat, nice aromas that stay in our memory. It is about a woman who could make fresh pasta so well that she bravely decided to open a small artisan workshop: it was 1956 and that woman was Euride Zini, our founder. It was from her that we learned how to make it.
