Zini produces, cooks in water and freezes its products very quickly. This allows avoiding all conservation processes, including steam pasteurization and protective atmosphere packaging. IQF (Individually Quick Frozen) products are obtained using state-of-the-art technologies to maintain 100% of sensory and nutritional properties of fresh pasta.

Top quality
Deep freezing allows using Italian fresh products coming from selected and controlled supply chains, which eliminates any preservatives, colorants and additives.

Food Cost Control
Production costs are lower due to high technological standards implemented in Zini new pasta factory. Waste is completely eliminated (through IQF freezing the amount of food needed can be revived) and costs are cut of labour and energy for preparation, which are normally estimated to be over 50% of the serving cost.

Service timing and productivity
Zini products are prepared very quickly (45 to 90 seconds in water), therefore kitchen staff can be allocated to higher added value and skilled tasks.

Simple management
Preparation in a wok or in a pan (perfect for show cooking) using Zini sauces in flakes or other homemade dressings, in the microwave oven (for fast food service and bars), or in the steam/trivalent oven (large kitchens), ideal for optimum management of the cold chain.
