Zini presents 3 new products made with 100% untreated legume flour, water and a pinch of salt: the Legume Gnocchetti. This new product - born from the European project LocalNutLeg to which Zini has been part in collaboration with the University of Milan - continues the mission of the pasta factory to improve the People’s lifestyle, always starting from the Italian tradition. Typical foods of the Mediterranean diet, legumes are known to be sources of fiber as well as vitamins and minerals. Legume Gnocchetti are ready in 2 minutes. Thanks to their shape, texture and taste they can be served with several and original recipes.
